Partners is a privately owned company created to provide meal
production and delivery service to hospitals, skilled
nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
FSP Associates
consults with clients to design cost effective patient feeding
systems and high volume central production kitchens.
Experience
The managing partners have 30+ years combined experience
in the design, construction and operation of high volume production
kitchens in the U.S. and around the world. FoodService Partners
is the production resource for one of the most cost efficient,
quality driven patient feeding systems in the country.
Customer
Focus
FoodService Partners designs meal production
and delivery programs to meet the nutritional needs and service
requirements of each customer. FSP understands the need to
provide quality food that patients like, as healthcare organizations
need to reduce cost and capital expenditures.
Reliability
Currently FSP produces and delivers 7,000 meals a day in refrigerated
trucks to 21 hospitals and retirement homes out of one kitchen
in South San Francisco; and 7,500 meals a day to ten sites
out of a new central cook-chill kitchen in Roanoke, Virginia.
Twelve different diets and menus are in production. Patients
get a choice each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The
systems we design have checks and balances in place to assure
that customers get the meals they order on time, every time.
Quality
A registered dietitian is on site to insure compliance with
recipes and specifications, to conduct taste tests and to
evaluate new products in the test kitchen we provide. FSP
is in compliance with JCAHO, HACCP, FDA regulations and USPHS
Food Code Standards.
